- Products must be returned up to 30 days after arrival in your hands, for store credit.
- Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition in order to qualify for store credit, with all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible, and will be returned to you.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
- Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
