I purchased these earrings with the butterfly backings (so cute) and the product came beautifully packaged and on time. The backings were missing from the original package but customer service was able to identify the cause of the issue (Shopify haha) and then quickly send the rest of my items. Loved these and immediately wore them for an all-day excursion into the city to dress up a casual outfit. They were a little bigger than I had expected based off the pictures (just an observation), but also a little thinner, so as a bonus they worked fine with my headphones. Very pleased!
