What payment methods do you accept?

  • and now introducing our Shop Now - Pay Later system: Klarna! With this, you can schedule 4 interest-free payments.

How do I use a discount code?

Once you have added items to your cart, discount codes are entered at the checkout page. Click "Apply" to see the order total update to the discount code that was entered. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied only at time of checkout in order for them to work! :)

How do I make changes after placing my order?

Please contact us at support@vivamacity.com or call to +1 (281) 665-3163 reach our office to make any changes. If you'd like to make an address change, please contact us as soon as possible. For jewelry color or size changes, please ensure your desired variant is in stock so we can update your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as we have not yet shipped out your order. We work tirelessly to ship your orders out within 24 hours of placing them, so please be sure to reach out to support@vivamacity.com to cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

After your order is processed, you will automatically receive a free tracking number confirmation email. From there, you can click your tracking link to track the whereabouts of your delivery.

Where do you ship from?

We are located in and ship from Houston, Texas, United States of America. From here, we work hard in creating timeless pieces for you and packing them with love.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide.

However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country. We do not have control over this, nor are notified prior to dispatching your order.

Will I receive an e-mail once my order has been shipped?

Yes. You will be sent an e-mail including a tracking number and all tracking information as soon as we ship your package, so please be sure to include a real e-mail address!

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Domestic: 2-3 Business Days
  • US Customers have the option of USPS First Class and FedEx 2-Day Shipping. Orders $100+ get complimentary shipping.
  • International: 6-14 Business Days

During the holidays, it is possible delays in shipment transit may occur. If this happens, simply contact UPS directly for more information.

Regardless, please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery! If your address is incomplete, we will promptly contact you for a corrected address and will not ship your package until we hear back from you in order to avoid delays and lost packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

  • Products must be returned up to 30 days after arrival in your hands, for store credit.
  • Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition in order to qualify for store credit, with all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible, and will be returned to you.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
  • Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

When will I receive my store credit?

As soon as your package reaches us, we will immediately process your store credit to your account and you will be notified via email and will be able to use it instantly!

We do not refund shipping costs.

Materials & Jewelry Care

Can I get my jewelry wet?

Yes, it is water safe! However, to keep your jewelry as good as new, we highly recommend against it. This will preserve it's shine, radiance, and color. 

Constant fragrance, lotion, and water exposure can cause all metals including 14KT Gold Vermeil & 18KT Gold Vermeil to eventually lose color. If you do your best to keep it away from all these, your gold vermeil will be very very good to you. It will remain as new as the first day you received it, even after months and years.

925 Sterling Silver is the base metal in all our rings.

Will the rings turn my fingers green?

Never.

How should I store my jewelry?

The best way to store your new jewelry is in it's original packaging! All ring orders come with a complimentary luxe velvet ring case. All necklaces come with a box, and so on.

Encasing all your jewels in a cool, dark place is every metal's best friend.

Does your jewelry have warranty?

Yes - of a lifetime. Should your jewelry ever break, no matter how long it's been, we will gladly ship you a replacement so you can rock your jewels. There is no timeframe of our warranty. We strive in our confidence of shipping you only the best pieces that have been triple checked in it's durability and quality.

Yes. All items listed on this website is handmade from scratch by our Vivamacity Team :) We take our time to delicately handcraft each piece with patience to perfection. From scratch, meaning we start from cutting, soldering, and bending metal to begin with! We have continuously received positive feedback that our hard work is definitely visible in each order.
